On Friday, March 28th, at 6PM, Depth Of Field Magazine is proud to present Hip-Hop And Comics: Cultures Combining, a panel discussion at Emerald City Comicon in Seattle. This program features an incredible line-up of panelists shedding light on the ways Hip-Hop and comics have inspired each other, giving historical perspective on common elements and influences, discussing the intersections of the two cultures, and showcasing new and upcoming projects.

Patrick Reed (editor of Depth Of Field Magazine) will moderate, and the panelists include:
-Jim Mahfood (creator/artist: ‘Visual Funk’, ‘Grrl Scouts’, ‘Los Angeles Ink Stains’)
-Hops (acclaimed graffiti artist from the Few & Far Collective)
-179 (acclaimed graffiti artist from the Few & Far Collective)
-David Brothers (writer for 4th Letter, editor for Image Comics)
-Matthew Rosenberg (author/co-creator: Ghostface Killah’s ’12 Reasons To Die’ comic book)
